2024 Scholarship
2024 Scholarship The Goose Squadron Association is pleased to announce the two recipients of the 2024 Mother Goose scholarship. Members of the executive committee faced the difficult challenge of ranking the multiple applicants and select only two winners. Criteria included academic excellence, physical fitness, community involvement as well as volunteer and work experiences. The Association wishes to congratulate Max Gomez and Craig Fairfull. Both awardees received a $1,500 scholarship for the upcoming school year.

On December 28 2023, the Association’s chair, Maj Lapierre, presented Mr Craig Fairfull with a cheque and certificate. Recipient of the 2023 Mother Goose Memorial Scholarship, Craig studies at Mount Royal University in the Aviation department and maintains a 3.9 GPA. He is the son of Cpl (Ret’d) Gary Fairfull who served at 408 Sqn in the 1990s and early 2000s as an Electric Instrument Tech and AVS Tech.
